Today's Late Fall Fashion Featured Story
When the temperature drops all the way down to a freezing twenty three degrees, then we know that it's really starting to be winter. The trees have gone almost completely barren, and the days have been growing shorter and shorter each week. However, fall ins't officially over yet. That's at least not until December 21st, the day of the solstice which beings the winter season. Today, I've decided to rock my own flavor of teen fall fashion for the iconic time of year that is soon coming to a close. As Thanksgiving has well passed and the radios only seem to blast Christmas music, I'd like to take the time to reflect on the past few months that have been quite living changing.
At the end of September, I began my journey on this fashion blog. I never really told the story of how it all began, so I suppose I might as well spill it out now. Searching for a new passion, my mother told me to start my own website featuring my own style. It sounded like a great idea, but it lacked a sense of uniqueness. A lot of people have their own fashion blog to feature themselves, but I knew that I didn't want to be the same. In turn, I decided that I should feature the apparel of others and their own tastes as well as their own stories and experiences. Since I launched in early October, I've posted every single day that mostly came with a new person and a new outlook on life each time.
Throughout October, I learned new photography techniques, and there couldn't have been a more perfect time to start working with a camera. If there is any one thing I could clearly observe, it was the gradual change of the leaves. They turned from a solid green into an array of reds, oranges, and yellows. By far, yellow was my favorite color of the leaves because it just stands out so well. As my birthday and Thanksgiving passed, these beautiful trees soon shed. I can remember doing a little photo shoot by an area filled with an a assortment of colorful branches that were soon bare a week later. By then, winter slowly started to set in, and nowadays I have to wear gloves while working the camera to keep my hands from freezing off. Nonetheless, I still love doing this fashion blog regardless of the conditions outside.
Today's Sweater And Denim Jacket Outfit
For today's featured outfit, I'm presenting my own take on my New Jersey fashion and December fashion. As said early on, I'm still going for a more fall oriented look, which will most likely be my last one for the season. Beginning at the bottom, I'm wearing a pair of dark brown chukka boots that'll still be awesome well into the winter. Next, I have on some skinny fit chino pants in a beige color, continuing on those neutral tones. At the top, providing some more flair, there is my men's orange sweater, a signature shade of the soon ending fall. Finally for my favorite part, my outerwear is a zippered denim jacket. I've never had one of these before, and I can say that this is perhaps one of my favorite pieces to wear. It's just too bad that it'll be too cold to use it outside pretty soon. All in all for today's look, I'm featuring an outfit for a little late fall fashion inspiration.
