It felt like summer yesterday and now, we're already at Halloween weekend. Time seems to pass us way too fast. One day you're canoeing on the lake under the blistering sun and then all of a sudden, you're taking pictures there before you head over to a Halloween party. Not to worry, I changed into a costume before I got there. Going back to the seasons, fall's been taking a while to mature this year, and the colors of the trees on the lake have yet to hit their peak. Although, it's just an absolute marvel of natural that trees so green can change to beautiful hues of red, yellow, and orange. You can witness this a little bit better on a lake because there's a whole array of trees lining it. Paired with the glistening water from the sunset, it's almost impossible to find a more gorgeous and simplistic place.
We have to cherish people while they're still alive because we never know when they may go. The time to say thank you and I love you are now in the present. Today, we're featuring Tiara who is presenting a fall street fashion look based on a fall bomber jacket outfit. When Tiara was a young girl, her grandfather always took care of her. She used to live in Florida where it was often hard to make friends. Yet, she always had her grandfather to cheer her up. Although he was really her step-grandfather, they treated each other as family nonetheless. Tiara mentions that she was the only one who could wake up him up and that he gave her the time and attention that no one else matched.
We are a product of the environment we grew up in. We are a product of the values and morals that we were taught growing up. We are a product of our parents and family. Julian is a young man from the Bronx who didn't always have it easy in his life. He spent most of his years with his mom and grandparents in the New York City area as an only child. His mom worked three jobs while Julian was growing up as she tried to provide for her family. Julian says that although his mom was always busy, no one could ever replace her.
When the bell rings at the end of the day, Sara doesn't head home. She goes to basketball practice. Sara is not only rocking a great dress and cardigan outfit for teen fall fashion 2016, she is also a distinguished athlete. More specifically, she's a student athlete, which means she has the task of balancing both her academics and her athletics. In a world of over 7.4 billion people, it can be hard to stand out among the crowd. For the day's featured outfit, Gina is wearing a stellar clothing composition of teen fall fashion 2016. It all begins with the statement piece, the women's green military vest. This type of fashion article certainly adds an outdoor vibe to any look, especially in the shade Gina's wearing. Paired with the vest is a women's white cable knit sweater, a comfortable and warm choice. You can never go wrong with a sweater this fall. Moving on, Gina has on a pair of classic women's dark blue skinny jeans, great for almost any fall outfit. Finally, she is wearing some brown fall riding boots, an essential piece for this women's fashion season. Her outfit for today is definitely some great inspiration for any girl this October into November.
It's only around the sixties here in New York, so I've dressed in a few light layers. I begin with a double breasted, men's gray cardigan sweater. Under that, I have on a cozy men's white knit sweater with the word "Nowhere." It's a bit of an ironic word to wear here in New York because you're in the city that has everything except maybe palm trees. For the pants, I have on a pair of men's dark blue chinos to match the color of the letters on the sweater. Last but not least, I am wearing my favorite brown leather driving shoes. All together, I've made a comfortable outfit for today's men's New York Fashion.
We often take what we have for granted. The everyday things we have today were only dreams for our parents to have yesterday. With each passing generation, we try to center in on one goal: give our children what we never had. Today's fall fashion featured individual is Maleah, who speaks of her first time back to her parents' home of India. When she first arrived in Mumbai, it was a huge culture shock. It's the most populous city in India with nearly double the population density of New York City. People live a lot closer together in Mumbai and are a lot poorer than here in the United States. In some districts of Mumbai, they may not have constant electricity or running water. It's often hard to put food on your plate, get an education, and provide a good life for your family.
Just like people, in time, our style matures and blossoms. Anyone who loves fashion was once dressed by their parents or guardians at a very young age, but as we begin to choose for ourselves, we being to develop a form of expression unlike no other. Today's featured fall fashion individual is Josue. Growing up, he didn't know too much about style, but luckily, he had two sisters that always gave him fashion tips and advice. While our own style takes time to develop, sometimes a little bit of outside input can also go a long way to improving it. Looking at Josue, his style is definitely the one to take inspiration from.
